MPL Antwerp is seeking a hands-on Finance Controller to support the international organisation's financial performance. You will own monthly closing and reporting, assist consolidation of entities, and deliver accurate financial information to stakeholders.

Based in Antwerp, you will partner with cross-country finance teams, contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning, and drive process improvements and reporting quality in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in Audit, Controlling, or similar finance role.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Own the monthly closing and reporting cycle and support entity consolidation.
• Ensure timely delivery of accurate financial information to stakeholders.
• Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
• Identify improvements to financial processes and reporting quality.
