MPL is seeking a Finance Controller in Antwerp to lead monthly closings, consolidate multiple entities, and deliver accurate financial reporting. You will analyze performance, support budgeting and forecasting, and drive improvements in financial processes. The role reports to the Controlling Manager and collaborates with teams across countries.

We value a strong analytical mindset, excellent Excel skills, and fluency in Dutch and English. French is a plus.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in Audit, Controlling, or a similar finance role.
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with ERP systems.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; knowledge of French is a valuable asset.

• Own the monthly closing and reporting cycle.
• Support the consolidation of multiple entities.
• Ensure timely delivery of accurate financial information.
• Perform in-depth financial analysis and provide actionable insights.
