RH Outlets in Belgium is seeking an Outlet Operations Leader to build a high-energy stock team and drive seamless flow of merchandise from truck to floor, ensuring accuracy and readiness for customers.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to uphold safety standards and deliver exceptional customer experiences, with a strong focus on inventory integrity and continuous process improvement.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership experience in retail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Mac OS, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google applications.
• Experience with inventory management systems.
• Flexible schedule including weekends/holidays.
• Excellent English communication.
• Legal authorization to work in Belgium.

Responsabilités

• Train the stock team to uphold safety protocols and inventory policies.
• Oversee receipt, processing, and transition of merchandise from truck to storage to sales floor.
• Safeguard inventory integrity and monitor key metrics to drive improvement.
• Direct release of product to delivery partners and customers with high service standards.
• Authorize and manage destruction of MOS items per policy.
• Ensure customer and partner interactions reflect service standards.
