Koda Tech is seeking an OT security specialist to strengthen cybersecurity across the manufacturing OT environment. The role covers ownership of security initiatives, guidance to stakeholders, and ongoing improvements to industrial networks and SCADA systems.

The position requires hands-on experience with OT protocols (OPC UA, PROFINET, MQTT), VMware and Windows platforms, and a solid grasp of EU NIS2 regulations. Collaboration with senior OT specialists is a key focus.

Qualifications

• Over 2 years of OT cybersecurity experience in industrial environments.
• Strong knowledge of OT protocols, including OPC UA, PROFINET & MQTT.
• Experience with server and PC platforms, including VMware, Microsoft Windows, and industrial network infrastructure.
• Proficient in SCADA systems with a solid understanding of industrial operational processes.
• Good understanding of EU cybersecurity regulations, especially NIS2 Directives.

Responsabilités

• Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis for complex OT hardware and software.
• Be the main point of contact for OT-related matters, guiding internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage the lifecycle of OT assets and oversee software change management processes.
• Strengthen and optimize the organization’s OT cybersecurity posture and contribute to R&D initiatives.
• Support ongoing training and development in emerging OT technologies.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Over 2 years of experience in OT cybersecurity across industrial environmen
• Strong understanding of OT communication protocols, including OPC UA, PROFINET & MQTT Knowledge of network systems, including Profinet/Profibus, hosting, firewall configuration, network segmentation, system hardening, factory automation, and cybersecur
• Experience with server and PC platforms, including VMware, Microsoft Windows, and industrial network infrastructu
• Proficient in SCADA systems with a solid understanding of industrial operational proces
• Good understanding of EU cybersecurity regulations, especially the NIS2 Direct
