Pauwels Consulting is seeking an OT Data Engineer to oversee end-to-end data processing for real-time field data, designing pipelines and maintaining infrastructure to ensure performance of business-critical platforms. The role is based in Melle with a hybrid work regime and emphasizes scalability, data quality, and cross-team collaboration.

You will apply Linux and Oracle expertise, contribute to data products, and advance security practices while engaging with stakeholders to translate needs

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a system administrator in ICT infrastructure.
• 4+ years building data products and managing integrations.
• 4+ years Linux environments and Unix/Windows system engineering.
• 4+ years Oracle environments with SQL/PLSQL.
• Professional Python and Shell scripting skills.
• Bachelor or Master degree in a technical field.
• Proactive mindset and eagerness to learn.
• Fluent Dutch (C2).

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end OT data processing from field sensors to historical data platforms.
• Design and manage infrastructure and pipelines for analysts and scientists.
• Ensure system stability, security, and performance through health checks, upgrades, and patching.
• Implement data refreshes and maintain high data quality standards.
• Develop new data products and integrations through research and optimization.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical data solutions.
