Dematic in Belgium is seeking an experienced OT Cybersecurity Compliance Lead to drive cyber risk management for operational technology across projects in the EMEA region. You will embed security by design, manage regulatory conformance to the EU Cyber Resilience Act and Machinery Regulation, and ensure system-level security architecture and robust documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering, Automation, Computer Science, Cybersecurity or related field.
• ISA/IEC 62443 certification or equivalent OT-security credential is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Translate EU Cyber Resilience Act and Machinery Regulation requirements into practical OT system requirements.
• Ensure readiness for regulatory milestones and conformance across projects.
• Embed cybersecurity into the project lifecycle from design to handover and maintenance.
