Organizational Development & Leadership Manager

Function

PVS, the international company behind the brands PROCAB, AUDAC and CAYMON, is experiencing strong growth. To support this growth in a sustainable and structured way, we are looking for an Organizational Development & Leadership Manager who will help shape the organization of tomorrow.

In this strategic leadership role, you will ensure that our organizational structure, leadership culture and ways of working evolve in line with our international ambitions. Working closely with the CEO and the Management Team, you will strengthen organizational effectiveness, further develop leadership capabilities and ensure that transformation initiatives deliver tangible business results.

What will you do?

You will help PVS scale successfully without compromising agility and execution power. You will ensure that our organizational design, leadership culture and people practices continue to support our growth ambitions.

As a trusted advisor to the CEO and Management Team, you will challenge the status quo, bring structure and clarity, and lead transformation initiatives that have a direct impact on organizational performance and long-term success.

Key responsibilities

• Co‑develop and strengthen a management operating system that promotes clear ownership, effective decision‑making and accountability.
• Optimize organizational structures, roles, responsibilities and governance to support scalable growth.
• Develop leadership capabilities across the Management Team and support managers in becoming stronger leaders.
• Strengthen performance management, accountability and a high‑performance culture.
• Lead organizational change initiatives and ensure the successful implementation of new structures, processes and ways of working.
• In a later phase, further develop people and capability planning, including talent management, succession planning, reward frameworks and the professionalization of HR practices.
• Advise the CEO and Management Team on organizational development, leadership effectiveness and sustainable growth.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor's or Master's degree, or equivalent professional experience.
• Comfortable operating in a technically oriented environment involving product development, engineering and international operations.
• At least 5 years of experience in organizational development, strategic HR, leadership development, change management or a related field. Experience in a technical or product‑driven environment is considered a strong asset.
• Proven track record in leadership development and organizational transformation.
• Ability to combine strategic thinking with a pragmatic, hands‑on approach.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and credibility at executive and management level.
• Confidence to challenge existing structures and ways of working and drive meaningful improvements.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders across different levels of the organization.
