Kuredhivaru Resort and Spa seeks an enthusiastic In-Room Dining Associate to deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will promptly answer calls, take precise orders, assist with menu selections and ensure orders are delivered accurately and on time.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in in-room dining, room service or hotel service is preferred.
• Excellent knowledge of in-room dining products and service standards.

Responsabilités

• Answer in-room dining calls promptly and courteously.

• Promote additional F&B items where appropriate.
• Maintain accurate order records and guest preferences.

• Maintain a professional and friendly telephone manner.

Job Description
