Kuredhivaru Resort and Spa is seeking a Spa Manager to oversee day-to-day spa operations, lead a diverse team, and drive strategic initiatives aligned with the Accor luxe standards.

Responsibilities include maintaining professional brand representation, inventory control, competitor insight, and staff welfare while ensuring high-quality guest experiences at the resort.

• Adhere to the Spa Policy & Standard Operating Procedures manual.
• Act as ambassador for the spa and resort brand with internal and external stakeholders, maintaining professional appearance.
• Manage the operations and efficiency of the spa facilities.
• Ensure effective communication and welfare for staff and coordination with other departments.
• Establish proactive spa initiatives to market offers and products.
• Maintain knowledge of competitors' locations, offers, pricing, promotions, and sales tactics.
• Evaluate spa market trends and adjust business strategies.
• Conduct monthly inventory checks and control inventory.
• Review therapist schedules and room utilization to maximize spa yield.
• Ensure LQA, Kuredhivaru Core and Accor Luxe standards are implemented and monitor audit scores.
• Carry out duties as assigned by Management.
• Protect property rights at all times.

Job Description

• Adhere to the Spa Policy & Standard Operating Procedures manual.
• Act as an Ambassador for the spa and resort brand for colleagues establishing relationships with internal and external stakeholders representing the values of the brand and Accor. This includes maintaining a professional appearance at all times.
• Manage the operations and efficiency of the spa facilities.
• Effective colleague communication and welfare for new and existing staff as well as other departments at the property and corporate teams.
• Establish proactive strategic initiatives for the spa to help market the overall offers / products.
• Maintain extensive knowledge of competitors, including locations, product offerings, pricing, promotions, and sales techniques.
• Evaluates business trends, global spa/wellness market trends and modify business strategies accordingly.
• Conduct monthly inventory checks and control inventory.
• Regular review of Therapist schedules, Therapists and Treatment Room Utilization in order to maximize yield potential of the Spa.
• Ensures that LQA, Kuredhivaru Core and Accor luxe are reviewed and implemented across all areas. Reviews audit scores for each of the areas, in line with the targets and monitor progress on a periodic basis.
• Carry out any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Management team.
• Protect the rights of the property at all times.
