Kuredhivaru Resort and Spa is seeking a dedicated Kids Club Supervisor to create engaging activities for children and ensure a safe, fun environment at our luxury resort in the Maldives.

You will design age-appropriate programs, coordinate daily schedules, and interact warmly with guests while maintaining high service standards and accurate record-keeping.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role within a luxury hospitality environment.
• Previous Maldives resort experience is preferred.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Creative, patient, and passionate about working with children.
• Basic CPR or First Aid knowledge is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Ensure all Kids Club activities are conducted according to resort standards.
• Prepare and organize creative activities, games, and entertainment programs.
• Maintain organized schedules and ensure all activities are conducted punctually.
• Support operational planning and preparation for daily Kids Club programs.
• Interact warmly and professionally with guests and children.
• Supervise children during activities and ensure their safety at all times.
• Deliver engaging and age-appropriate recreational experiences.
• Maintain a positive, energetic attitude throughout operations.
• Ensure all SOPs and operational standards are followed.
• Handle guest requests and concerns professionally.
• Report accidents, incidents, or damaged equipment immediately.
• Assist with Kids Club events, celebrations, and themed programs.
• Carry out additional duties assigned by Management.
• Maintain attendance records and registration details accurately.
• Document children’s health concerns, allergies, and special requirements.
• Ensure Kids Club facilities remain clean, organized, and hygienic at all times.
• Monitor the condition of toys, activity materials, and equipment.
• Report maintenance issues immediately to the Supervisor or Manager.
