Legend Biotech in Ghent, Belgium, seeks process operators to join our Operations Team. You will engage in aseptic and manual production across controlled environments, following strict GMP procedures and high-quality standards.

Extensive in-house training is provided to help you excel in a fast-paced setting. Ideal candidates may hold a bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related fields, with fluency in English and Dutch being a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in pharmaceutical/biotechnological fields.
• Experience in cleanrooms, GMP operations, or related processing is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsabilités

• Perform aseptic and manual production processes in a cleanroom environment.
• Follow established GMP procedures and good manufacturing practices.
• Assist with production steps in controlled environments (grade A/B/C/D).
• Inspect and maintain equipment and conduct cleaning/disinfection of materials.
• Support transitions between production zones to ensure smooth operations.
• Contribute to timely delivery of high-quality therapies to patients.

What can you expect?

Your journey begins withextensive training,where we immerse you in the world ofaseptic(germ‑free) andGMP(Good Manufacturing Practice) operations, including the crucial procedures you need to master.

Afterward, you will join our dynamic and driven Operations team, which works together every day to fulfill our mission. Alongside your fellow operators and team leaders, you will perform aseptic and manual production processes according to strict, proven procedures.

• Dailyaseptic and manual production processes
• Working in a cleanroom lab environment
• Executing production steps in controlled environments (grade A/B/C/D)such as spiking, media changes, cell culture, and freezing therapeutic products.
• Managing equipment: inspections and maintenance
• Thorough cleaning and disinfection of materials
• Supporting transitions between production zones
• Ensuring patients receive high-quality therapies on time

Education

• You have a Graduates or Bachelor’s degree in pharmaceutical or biotechnological sciences or a related field of study.
• Or you have relevant experience, we believe that your mindset, passion, sense of accuracy and commitment to quality are more important than the education you took.

Experience

• We offer extensive, in‑house training after which you can start working smoothly in your new role.

Languages

• You arefluent in English.
• Fluent knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
