Legend Biotech is seeking dedicated process operators to join our Ghent operations team. You will participate in aseptic and manual production using strict, proven procedures, within a cleanroom environment, contributing to our mission of delivering life-saving therapies.

You will receive extensive in-house training and work alongside operators and team leaders to execute production steps in controlled environments, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with GMP standards.

Qualifications

• Graduates or Bachelor’s in pharmaceutical/biotechnological sciences or related field.
• Hands-on experience in cleanrooms, pharma manufacturing, or chemical processing preferred.
• Fluent in English; Dutch language skills are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Daily aseptic and manual production processes in a cleanroom environment.
• Execute production steps in controlled environments (grade A/B/C/D) such as spiking, media changes, cell culture, and freezing therapies.
• Manage inspections and maintenance of production equipment.
• Perform thorough cleaning and disinfection of materials.
• Support transitions between production zones to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist in delivering high-quality therapies to patients on time.

What can you expect?

Your journey begins withextensive training,where we immerse you in the world of aseptic(germ-free) andGMP(Good Manufacturing Practice) operations, including the crucial procedures you need to master.

Afterward, you will join our dynamic and driven Operations team, which works together every day to fulfill our mission. Alongside your fellow operators and team leaders, you will perform aseptic and manual production processes according to strict, proven procedures.

• Dailyaseptic and manual production processes
• Working in a cleanroom lab environment
• Executing production steps in controlled environments (grade A/B/C/D)such as spiking, media changes, cell culture, and freezing therapeutic products.
• Managing equipment: inspections and maintenance
• Thorough cleaning and disinfection of materials
• Supporting transitions between production zones
• Ensuring patients receive high-quality therapies on time

Who are we looking for?

Education

• You have a Graduates or Bachelor’s degree in pharmaceutical or biotechnological sciences or a related field of study.
• Or you have relevant experience, we believe that your mindset, passion, sense of accuracy and commitment to quality are more important than the education you took.

Experience

• We offer extensive, in-house training after which you can start working smoothly in your new role.

Languages

• You arefluent in English.
• Fluent knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
