Odisee seeks a driving opleidingshoofd for the Oogzorg program on campus Brussel to advance the education vision with strategic thinking and hands-on leadership. You will maintain connections between policy, students and teaching staff.

You will coach ~20 colleagues, ensure smooth day-to-day operations, and drive collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to strengthen the program and campus presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or master degree; strong affinity with health care.
• Experience in coordination or leadership.
• Educational experience preferred.
• Comfortable in a multicultural urban context.
• Clear, transparent and connecting communication.
• Open to change, innovation and experimentation in education.
• Experience collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily operations of the Brussels campus program (organization, planning, pedagogy).
• Coach and support a team of ~20 colleagues and foster a positive team dynamic.
• Act as the face of the program for students, staff, industry partners and networks.
• Translate Odisee's strategic policy into the program and monitor quality standards.
• Work closely within the Health Care cluster and seek synergies with the field.
• Integrate education, research and lifelong learning within the program, aligning operational and strategic goals.
• Create an inclusive learning and working environment where everyone feels welcome and valued.
