Lakeside Foods, Inc. is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the plant's production, quality, and safety initiatives.

You will oversee raw materials, processing, QA, and shipping, ensuring high-quality, food-safe products while driving continuous improvement and employee engagement. The role requires a related bachelor's degree and strong leadership, with knowledge of warehouse operations, safety standards, and SAP a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least three years of experience leading manufacturing or processing operations or eight years in manufacturing or processing operations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams, drive performance, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• In depth knowledge of warehouse operations, quality control, safety standards, and resource management.
• Familiarity with plant functions including facilities, logistics, and maintenance; SAP a plus.

Our Operations Manager offers a team-oriented individual the opportunity to be responsible for the plant operational systems including acquisition of raw materials, product processing, quality assurance, and the shipping of quality-finished products.

• Knowledge of SAP a plus.
• Experience working in a union environment is preferred.
