Cartier is seeking a detail-oriented stock and operations professional to support boutique day-to-day activities in Brussels. You will manage stock movements, inventories, and consistency with security and operational procedures, while supporting cross-functional projects.

The role requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in SAP or similar systems, and a team-oriented mindset. Fluency in French and English is expected.

Job Mission

Reporting to boutique management, you will actively participate in the success of your boutique. Your strong operational experience will allow you to manage operational and administrative topics, ensuring smooth and efficient boutique operations. This role is responsible for the meticulous management of all stock-related activities, including movements, quality control, and inventory processes. The individual will also contribute to transversal projects, ensuring compliance with Cartier's operational and security procedures, and demonstrating a high level of organization and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

Stock Management

• Control and manage the quality of all stock movements with no margin for error (reception and shipping).
• Ensure daily protection and correct manipulation of creations. Control stock quality.
• Prepare creations for display, price labeling, and price changes.
• Manage consignments.
• Manage all omni-channel orders from a stock management perspective.

Inventories

• Manage the preparation of inventories, both finished goods and spare parts.
• Carry out annual counts, cycle counts, and spot counts.
• Manage all additional inventories as requested (certificates, stones, etc.).

Transversal Projects

• Assist special projects (transformation, operational improvement, new tools) when needed.
