WDP NV is seeking a Group Accountant/Head of Accounting to lead the accounting for multiple entities within the WDP Group. You will work closely with accountants, controllers and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate records and timely closing.

The role emphasizes digitalisation, process improvement, and compliance across jurisdictions, with opportunities to shape financial control in a fast-growing, international environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accountancy, Finance or economics-related field.
• Experience in accounting, with international group experience as a strong advantage.
• Solid understanding of statutory accounting and period-end closing processes.
• Analytical mindset with accuracy and pragmatic problem-solving.
• Strong digital skills and experience with SAP S/4HANA, Excel and reporting tools.

Responsabilités

• Own the accounting for several WDP Group companies and support accountants day-to-day.
• Coordinate month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing with Group deadlines.
• Prepare and audit statutory annual accounts and liaise with auditors.
