ConSol Partners is seeking an Information Management Specialist for an initial 1-year contract in Leuven, Belgium. The role is on-site (3 days per week) with an ASAP start and a 40-hour week, focusing on Open Science and data governance across research projects.

You will lead the adoption of data catalogs, support researchers with information asset management, and drive workshops and training. Master’s degree or equivalent experience and Dutch/English fluency are required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of work experience OR demonstrated high potential as an analytically strong junior.
• Dutch and English proficiency, both spoken and written.

Responsabilités

• Drive Open Science and support researchers.
• Lead adoption of data catalog and business glossary across projects.
• Guide researchers in managing information assets via workshops, visuals, training.
• Define and maintain ontologies and reference data management tooling.
• Collaborate with ICT and stakeholders to gather needs and validate tooling capabilities.
• Collect feedback to improve information management policies and standards.
