Mercury is seeking an ICT Project Supervisor - Structured Cabling in Mons, Belgium. You will act as the first onsite telecoms contact, supervise installation teams, ensure adherence to drawings, schedules and industry standards, and coordinate with multiple trades to keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Good technical knowledge of copper and fibre structured cabling.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and cable schedules.
• Good computer skills - Windows, MS Office.

Responsabilités

• Act as the first point of contact for onsite telecoms queries.
• Ensure that all project First of Kinds are completed in a timely manner.
• On site supervision of telecoms installation team, including interaction with sub-contractors.
• Oversee the onsite fibre and copper structured cabling installation, including fibre splicing, patching and testing; copper termination and testing; installation of racks and fibre management system.
• Ensure compliance with project drawings, cable schedules, specifications and industry standards.
• Onsite interaction with other trades (electrical, mechanical).
• Manage onsite safety with project team and Mercury Safety Advisor including RAMs/CMOPs.
• Attendance at onsite project meetings and daily activity briefings.
• Manage onsite QA with Mercury QA Manager including punch lists and closeouts.
• Ensure progress aligns with the project fitout schedule and provide updates.
