Responsibilities
- Demonstrate a keen interest in CFO agendas and the impact of technology and global economic trends.
- Act as solution architect / lead developer on large EPM transformations (typically focusing on FP&A and/or consolidation), from end‑to‑end design to implementation.
- Take the lead on developing and growing the OneStream practice.
- Analyze clients’ business needs and translate them to the appropriate OneStream blueprint, bridging the gap between IT and business.
- Help clients design overall EPM system architecture, support integration decisions, and validate data.
- Ensure delivery of maximum value by tailoring solutions to client processes and enforcing best practices in workflow, calculation development, etc.
- Lead the build of proof‑of‑concepts for prospects.
- Co‑coach OneStream implementation associates and serve as the key client contact during projects.
- Serve as the OneStream Subject Matter Expert within PwC, providing training to end‑users and team members.
- Develop finance models in costing, planning, budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation.
- Assist Partners and Directors with business‑development initiatives.
Qualifications
- University degree and at least 6 years of work experience.
- Deep hands‑on experience with OneStream and potentially other EPM tools such as Anaplan, CCH Tagetik, Pigment, Oracle EPM.
- Strong relationships with the local OneStream sales and alliance team are a significant asset.
- Experience as a OneStream architect on at least 2 projects covering process and tool design, configuration, testing, training, and hyper‑care.
- Working knowledge or relevant project experience in FP&A areas: consolidation, planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Certified as a OneStream Lead Architect or at least 3 years of implementation experience with a desire to become a Lead Architect.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving skills, and attention to detail.
- Willingness to take ownership of key deliverables and day‑to‑day tasks.
- Excellent written and oral communication in English and either Dutch or French (other languages are an asset).
- True team spirit and eagerness to work in a client‑focused, quality‑driven environment.
- Proactive, flexible, and reliable attitude with initiative.
- Experience with finance‑process improvement initiatives (working capital, cash flow, cost reduction, etc.) is an asset.
- Consulting exposure is a plus but not required.
