A leading bakery company in Belgium is seeking a dedicated maintenance engineer to ensure the functionality of production equipment. The role includes performing maintenance, solving malfunctions, and optimizing production processes. Ideal candidates will have relevant MBO education and experience in a production environment. This position offers a flexible 4-day workweek and a competitive salary between €2,795 and €3,840 gross monthly.

Van Dijk Bakery is looking for a full-time maintenance engineer in Zwartsluis. The salary range is € 2.795,- to € 3.840,- per month based on 36 hours of work, with a pension plan where the employer pays 2/3 of the costs.

Your responsibilities:

• Perform periodic maintenance on machines and installations.
• Quickly and effectively solve malfunctions to minimize production losses.
• Collaborate with production employees to identify improvements.
• Register maintenance and repair work.
• Manage inventory of parts in collaboration with colleagues from the technical service.
• Contribute to optimizing our machine park and increasing efficiency.
