ING Belgium is seeking a Customer Journey Expert for Customer Data within the Digital Business Banking tribe. You will shape digital data processes to deliver best-in-class onboarding while complying with GDPR and KYC.

As a key member of the team, you will map journeys, analyze data needs, and implement improvements, collaborating with IT and stakeholders in a hybrid working environment. A university degree and 3–5 years' experience are required.

Qualifications

• University degree required.
• 3–5 years of experience in related domains (digitalization, business analysis, KYC, customer data or onboarding).
• Experience with data analysis and project delivery.
• IT savviness and ability to interact with IT colleagues.
• Opportunity to give and receive feedback.

Responsabilités

• Map customer journeys related to the management of their data.
• Analyze customers' needs and pain points regarding data management.
• Propose viable solutions to improve customer experience.
• Document training material and procedures for colleagues.
• Continuously improve journeys based on feedback and metrics.
• Collaborate with IT engineers and be part of the squad.
• Validate solutions with end-to-end tests and communicate issues.
• Support stakeholder engagement with actions, meetings and materials.
