Legend Biotech is seeking a Quality Person in Plant (QPIP) to provide quality oversight over the production of personalized cell therapies in a sterile GMP environment. You will be on the shop floor, guiding operators on quality, process discipline, and documentation to ensure compliance and patient safety.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, at least 2 years in aseptic pharma/biotech manufacturing, and fluent English; Dutch is an asset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in aseptic manufacturing within pharma/biotech.
• Fluent English (written and spoken); knowledge of Dutch is an asset.
• Strong adherence to GMP/cGMP requirements and documentation practices.

Responsabilités

• Quality oversight in the cleanroom by being on the shop floor and guiding operators on quality, process discipline, and documentation.
• Perform periodic quality checks and audits to promote compliance and reduce deviations.
• Lead the operational batch release process, identify deviations, assess impact, and escalate per quality guidelines.
• Support logging, investigation, and assessment of deviations, CAPAs, change controls, and complaints.
• Ensure all activities comply with safety policies, quality systems, and GMP requirements.
