GSK Belgium is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep production equipment reliable and available on site. You will perform preventive, corrective and diagnostic maintenance, and support improvements, collaborating with production, quality and engineering to minimize downtime.

The role offers daytime hours, then rotating shifts 6:00–14:00 and 14:00–22:00, with room to learn new technologies and advance within a regulated pharma setting.

Qualifications

• CESS in electromechanics or electronics, or A2 diploma with equivalent experience.
• Maintenance experience in an industrial environment.
• Ability to diagnose electrical, mechanical and pneumatic systems.
• Good command of French; technical English understood.
• Basic computer skills (SAP, Outlook, Excel).
• Availability to work stated shifts; strong team orientation.
• Experience in regulated pharma manufacturing preferred.
• Knowledge of GMP and quality requirements preferred.

Responsabilités

• Carry out preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance on production and technical equipment.
• Diagnose faults, analyse root causes and deliver lasting corrective actions.
• Support and implement small technical improvement and optimisation projects.
• Record maintenance activities accurately and in line with procedures and quality requirements.
• Follow and promote safety rules, good manufacturing practices and site quality standards.
• Collaborate with production, quality and engineering teams to minimise equipment downtime.
