Thewaternetwork in Antwerp, Belgium is looking for a professional to manage installations in chemical process environments. This role requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team. Responsibilities include planning shutdowns, managing raw materials, and improving installations with a focus on automation. • Carry out operational activities on the installation on-site.
• Analyze and resolve issues and propose continuous improvement actions.

Experience with chemical production processes or service activities on process installations

Responsibilities

After a training period, you will be responsible for one of our installations at a customer site

You will carry out the full scope of operational activities on the installation on‑site and ensure close coordination with the customer

You will plan shutdowns, manage consumption and ordering of raw materials, and organize both planned and unplanned technical interventions on the installation

You analyse and resolve issues within your installation and propose continuous improvement actions

You maintain direct contact with our suppliers regarding raw materials and spare parts required for the reliable operation of your unit

You contribute to the improvement of our installations, mainly in the areas of automation and process control
