Freddymetcurry is seeking a student-minded individual to support the organization and service of corporate events. You will prepare events in advance, schedule the service team, and run on-site operations with a focus on logistics and decorative improvements.

Expect to coordinate 3 to 12 events per week, often traveling or preparing new events. Fluency in French and/or Dutch is preferred; cycling ability and a B driving licence are a plus.

Qualifications

• Student in management or in the event, service, or catering field.
• Fluency in French and/or Dutch.
• Able to ride a bike; a driving licence B is a plus.
• Autonomous, proactive, and takes initiative.
• Smiling and full of energy; loves good and healthy food.

Responsabilités

• Organize and service corporate events such as breakfast, coffee break, lunch, reception, and more.
• Prepare events in advance and schedule the service team.
• Operate on site and manage teams during events.
• Consider logistical, economic, and decorative improvements.
• Coordinate 3 to 12 events per week, constantly on the road or preparing new events.
