As an Office Manager, your responsibilities are:

  • Managing correspondence, scheduling, and administrative tasks.
  • Supervising and supporting the secretarial team to achieve business goals.
  • Coordinating with external vendors and service providers as needed.
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Organizing meetings, preparing minutes, and following up on action points.
  • Handling office supplies and ensuring a well-stocked and functional workspace.
  • Providing ad hoc support to senior management when required.
The Successful Applicant

A successful Office Manager should have:
