Job summary

Mondiale VGL Pty in Belgium is seeking a Sea Freight Forwarder Export to manage export shipments end-to-end, coordinating with customers, agents and carriers while ensuring accurate documentation.

You will record and process incoming commands, request required documents for export (FCL/LCL), organise transports from A to Z, and maintain complete administration in the systems, all while delivering service‑oriented communication.

Qualifications

• Completed training towards logistics (MBO 4) or higher.
• Strong written and verbal communication in Dutch and English.
• Operational leadership and commercially driven attitude.

As a Sea Freight Forwarder Export, you are responsible for:

• Correctly recording and processing incoming commands.
• Requesting the necessary documents and information, which are necessary for the export and handling of FCL and LCL shipments.
• Organizing transports from A to Z.
• Ensuring correct and complete administration in the systems.
• The service-oriented communication to the customers, agents and suppliers.

Job requirements:

• To be eligible for this position, you meet the following requirements:
• You have at least a completed (higher education/MBO 4) training towards logistics.
• You have suitable work experience and sufficient industry knowledge.
• You are an operational leader, work accurately and are commercially driven.
• You have good contact properties, both oral and written.
• You have a flexible and proactive attitude.
• You have good knowledge of the Dutch and English language in words and writings.
