Qualifications

• Valid OT license and degree from an accredited OT program.
• Basic computer skills required and CPR certification.
• Willingness to travel to patient locations.

We are seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to deliver personalized, one-on-one care to older adults in private homes and senior living communities.

Responsibilities include conducting evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, providing evidence-based therapy to enhance mobility and independence, and documenting care within electronic medical records.

Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of PTs, SLPs, and fitness specialists, and educate patients, caregivers, and staff to promote safety and aging in place. Telehealth and virtual care options are available to increase flexibility and patient access.

The role offers autonomy to create and manage treatment schedules, with opportunities in full-time, part-time, or PRN capacities, plus a mentorship program for new graduates.

Qualifications include a valid OT license, degree from an accredited program, basic computer skills, and CPR certification. Physical demands involve lifting, patient transfers, and mobility activities, with travel to patient locations required.
