OBIS is recruiting a data officer for the Marco-Bolo project!

OBIS seeks a skilled Data Officer to support the MARCO-BOLO project. Funded by the EU Horizon Europe programme (along with UKRI), MARCO-BOLO is a €7.3 million, 4-year project that will strengthen European marine, coastal and freshwater biodiversity observation to understand and restore ocean health.

This 9-month consultancy (April–December 2025) is a unique opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge marine observation efforts in Europe and beyond. This is a remote position under contract with the OBIS Secretariat/IODE office in Oostende, Belgium.
