Carrefour Belgium is seeking an O2C Credit Management Director to lead the credit and collections strategy and ensure a healthy cash position. You will supervise a 15-person team and collaborate with franchise partners, suppliers, and internal departments to optimize the entire Order-to-Cash process.

The role requires a Master’s in economics or accounting with 5–10 years of experience and strong knowledge of Belgian accounting and taxation. Fluent Dutch and French are preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in economics or accounting.
• 5–10 years of relevant experience in O2C or finance leadership.
• Strong knowledge of Belgian accounting laws and taxation.

Responsabilités

• Define and optimize credit and collections strategy for franchisees, suppliers and customers.
• Lead O2C process improvement and end-to-end invoicing management.
• Oversee steering committees with Regional/Zone Directors and collaborate with Legal, Real Estate, Expansion and Business Control.
• Manage a team of 15 professionals and foster a high-performance culture.
• Guide finance partnerships and assess financial interventions and financing methods.
