Puratos Belgium is seeking a Credit Collector Belux to safeguard cash flow and strengthen credit management across the Belux region. You will partner with Sales, Customer Service and Finance to assess risk, monitor exposure and drive timely collections in a multilingual environment.

With a bachelor’s in finance and at least five years of experience in credit control or receivables, you will apply SAP and Excel to maintain accurate data, support audits, and push process improvements while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in credit control, collections, accounts receivable or similar finance role.
• Fluent in Dutch, French and English or comfortable working in a multilingual environment.
• Experience with SAP, Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.

Responsabilités

• Manage credit and collection activities for the Belux region, ensuring timely payment collection and effective follow-up of outstanding receivables.
• Assess customer creditworthiness and support the definition and monitoring of appropriate credit limits.
• Monitor customer exposure and payment behaviour, identify risks proactively, and initiate collection actions where needed.
• Contribute to healthy cash flow performance by reducing overdue balances, minimizing doubtful debts, and supporting DSO improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and group guidelines while maintaining accurate and reliable financial and ERP data.
• Support audits and financial reporting activities, ensuring high standards of accuracy and governance.
• Drive process improvements and digitalization initiatives that enhance efficiency, reporting quality, and data-driven decision-making.
• Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders, acting as a constructive partner in resolving payment-related matters.
