Qualifications

• Master's degree in Mechanical or Electromechanical Engineering or related field.
• 3 to 10 years of project management experience in industrial, engineering, energy, or technical environments.
• Experience leading medium-complexity projects; technical lead background encouraged.

Responsabilités

• Develop project scope, schedules, budgets, and execution plans.
• Establish and maintain baselines for cost, schedule, and resources.
• Define project objectives and performance indicators.
• Lead all phases of project execution and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, procurement, quality, communications, and stakeholder engagement.
• Ensure effective change management implementation.
• Monitor performance and financial results, including forecasting and EVM.
• Review expenditures and align with approved baselines.
• Communicate project progress and key metrics to stakeholders.
