Henkel in Brussels is offering a 6-month full-time internship in a global FMCG setting. You will set up data tools, analyze KPIs and market data, and support pricing, promotions and trade terms optimization.

The role requires strong MS Office skills, English fluency, and a proactive, analytical mindset. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing and Category Development to translate insights into concrete recommendations, helping to maximize turnover and market share.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor or Master program with focus on business administration, data analytics, economics or econometrics.
• Prior internships in sales, marketing or controlling are beneficial.
• Strong command of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent written and spoken English; Dutch or French a plus but not required.
• Strong analytical mind and communication skills.
• Self-driven, proactive team player with good organizational skills.
• Available for a 6-month full-time internship starting January 2027.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with NRM manager to align priorities and lead channel execution and project delivery.
• Set up and structure Data Tools and analyze internal KPIs and external market share data.
• Support pricing analysis, promotion effectiveness, portfolio mix and trade terms optimization.
• Translate insights into clear recommendations and presentations to maximise turnover, profit and market share.
• Collaborate across Sales, Marketing and Category Development to embed NRM priorities.
