Veepee is seeking a Supply Chain Manager North to lead the regional supply chain across the BNL, Germany, and UK markets. You will drive end-to-end operations from sourcing to delivery, building strong supplier relationships and optimizing costs.

The role requires extensive leadership, negotiation skills, and a data-driven mindset. English is essential, with French/Dutch/German a plus, in a dynamic e-commerce environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10+ years' experience in supply chain management, operations, or production with strong execution capabilities.
• Excellent leadership and negotiation skills with proven experience with brands and 3PL providers.
• Fluency in English; French/Dutch/German a plus.
• Experience in e-commerce/retail supply chain; international/matrix settings.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset; data-driven.
• Knowledge of logistics, distribution networks, and regulations; AI automation knowledge.

Responsabilités
