Nike Belgium is seeking an experienced Finance professional to lead supply chain finance initiatives. You will partner with logistics, business planning and accounting teams, report to the Finance Director Supply Chain EMEA, and influence senior leaders with clear financial storytelling.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• 5+ years in Financial Planning or Finance Strategy with influencing experience.
• Ability to challenge, influence and advise senior leaders.
• Combine people leadership with hands-on analyses and scenario building.
• Strong financial and analytical capabilities with curiosity to uncover opportunities.
• Collaborative mindset across teams, functions and markets.
• Exceptional communication and storytelling to inspire actions.
• Experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations Finance is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Drive supply chain cost-to-serve strategy for EMEA, bridging logistics and finance.
• Advise and influence supply chain senior leadership on optimal fulfilment strategies and network decisions.
• Roll out long-term network strategy in a multi-node environment and lead a small team of analysts.
• Improve cost allocation on channel/account level to better understand profitability and performance.
• Partner with Nike Direct teams to support month-end close, forecasting cycles, and strategic decision making.
