Veepee in Belgium is seeking a Supply Chain Manager North to lead end-to-end supply chain operations for BNL, Germany and UK markets, driving performance and cost efficiency. You will manage sourcing, logistics, supplier relationships and distribution, collaborating with global teams to ensure high service levels.

The role requires 10+ years in SCM, strong leadership, English fluency, and a track record in negotiations with brands and 3PLs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in SCM or related field; master preferred.
• 10+ years in supply chain, operations, or production with strong execution.
• Proven leadership of operational teams.
• Excellent negotiation and communication with brands and 3PL.
• Ability to manage internal and external negotiations with suppliers and stakeholders.
• Solid knowledge of dropshipping operations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, data-driven mindset.
• Knowledge of logistics operations and distribution networks.
• Fluent in English; French/Dutch/German a strong plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop regional supply chain team, fostering collaboration and performance.
• Build strong relationships with suppliers and logistics partners; negotiate favorable terms.
• Negotiate with brands and 3PL providers to secure terms.
• Ensure end-to-end supply chain operations from supplier to delivery.
• Identify opportunities to reduce costs while maintaining service levels.
• Define and monitor supply chain KPIs to drive improvements.
• Proactively identify risks and develop continuity plans.
• Collaborate with transportation, warehouses and dropshippers for on-time delivery.
