Perfetti Van Melle is seeking a Regional Field Sales Manager Noord, based in Breda with a hybrid schedule blending office days and road travel across Flanders. You will lead a team of 5 Sales Promoters and 4 Merchandisers, translating commercial strategy into store-level excellence.

Collaboration with Key Account Managers and Sales Support is essential. You will drive sales targets, coach the team, analyze data, and maintain strong relationships with retailers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (Sales/Marketing).
• Experience as Sales Promoter and in Field Sales environment.
• Experience in leading and coaching a team is a strong plus.
• Fluent Dutch with good French and English.

Responsabilités

• Coach and inspire your team, developing day-to-day performance.
• Use sales data and reporting to improve results.
• Develop and implement the sales strategy.
• Analyse performance of Belgian Field Sales and manage reporting and data.
• Achieve sales and distribution targets in supermarket and convenience channels.
• Contribute to improving the customer network and store-level execution.
• Be present at the Breda office every Tuesday.
