Qualifications

• Experience in designing and implementing enterprise security architectures.
• Strong understanding of NIS2 regulations and compliance requirements.
• Hands-on knowledge of secure CI/CD pipelines and secure coding practices.

Responsibilities

• Assess current security posture of Vito's applications and define a phased roadmap to NIS2 compliance.
• Define and implement security standards, architectural guidelines, and development best practices across the organization.
• Develop policy frameworks and reusable building blocks to embed cybersecurity in research proposals from the outset.
• Review application architectures and development processes to identify security, quality, and maintainability improvements.
• Coach development teams on secure coding, modern CI/CD, and scalable security patterns.
• Promote a default-secure software engineering approach linking IT, software development, and research.
• Bridge research and operation, ensuring innovations can evolve safely into services.
