Rhox is seeking a senior network security engineer to secure and maintain F5 AWAF infrastructure. You will monitor system security, address vulnerabilities and respond to security crises.

Responsibilities include implementing and managing F5 AWAF components, developing security policies, monitoring threats with SIEM tools, and documenting incidents. Collaboration with IT and security teams is essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT security or equivalent.
• Experience with F5 AWAF components (APM/ASM/LTM).
• Experience with network security controls and VPNs.
• Solid documentation and incident reporting skills.

We're looking for a senior network security engineer to secure and maintain F5 Advanced Web Application Firewall (AWAF) infrastructure. You'll monitor system security, address vulnerabilities and respond to security crises.

What you'll do

• Install, configure and manage F5 Advanced Web Application Firewall infrastructure.
• Develop, document and monitor the application of security policies.
• Monitor system security and respond to attacks, intrusions and viruses.
• Assess technical risks and remediate vulnerabilities.
• Recommend secure connections with external partners over intranet and internet.
• Produce technical documentation and incident reports.

What you bring

• At least 10 years' experience in IT security.
• F5 AWAF expertise: APM, ASM, LTM, Identity Provider and SSL VPN.
• Routers, stateful packet inspection and application firewalls (Palo Alto, Forcepoint, Panorama).
• Remote-access and site-to-site VPNs, web proxies and Citrix terminal-server solutions.
• Splunk, Nessus and Elastic SIEM for monitoring and log correlation.
• TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS, SSL and SNMP.
• WiFi security (WEP, WPA, WPA2) and encryption principles.
• Autonomous, methodical working at SFIA level 4 (Enable).
• Clear written and verbal communication, precise documentation and teamwork.
• Degree in IT or electronics, or equivalent proven experience.
