Editx in Belgium is seeking a hands-on Network Architect to design, implement and deploy resilient distributed networks using Juniper and Fortinet technologies. You will work across architecture, design, implementation and production support to directly influence the infrastructure's resilience and evolution.

Qualifications

• Hands-on network design and operations experience
• Experience with distributed production environments
• Proficiency with Juniper networking and Fortinet security technologies
• Familiarity with routing, switching, firewalls and network segmentation
• Experience with automation and observability tools such as Ansible, Terraform, Python, Prometheus or Grafana

Responsabilités

• Design and evolve network architectures across complex, distributed production environments from high-level concepts to low-level designs
• Hands-on work with Juniper networking and Fortinet security technologies including routing, switching, firewalls and segmentation
• Contribute to BGP, DNS/DNSSEC, high availability and distributed infrastructure with focus on resilience and security
• Drive improvements around automation, monitoring and observability using tools like Ansible, Terraform, Python, Prometheus or Grafana
• Collaborate with Infrastructure, Security, Architecture and Software Engineering teams while validating technical solutions from external partners
• Maintain architecture documentation, diagrams and technical standards and support lifecycle management and production environments
