• Strong testing mindset: unit tests, integration tests, production validation.
• Familiarity with agile development practices.
• Focus on quality, performance, and maintainability.
• Experience with a message broker (Azure Service Bus or RabbitMQ).
• Fluency in English & French or Dutch.
