ALTEN Belgium is seeking a .NET Developer to join our teams on client projects in Brussels. You will participate in an application modernization initiative, upgrading a portfolio of existing Java applications on legacy environments.

Requirements include at least 3 years in software development, strong C#/.NET (Core / 6+), ASP.NET Core and Web APIs, SQL Server, Git and CI/CD. English proficiency with Dutch or French, and a possibility of remote work within an Agile setup.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of software development experience
• Strong knowledge of C# and .NET (.NET Core / .NET 6+)
• Experience with ASP.NET Core and Web APIs
• Knowledge of SQL Server and relational databases
• Experience with Git and CI/CD practices

Responsabilités

• Design, develop and maintain applications using .NET technologies
• Analyse functional and technical requirements together with business stakeholders
• Develop robust, scalable and secure software solutions
• Implement REST APIs and integrate with internal and external systems
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to development best practices
• Collaborate within Agile/Scrum teams
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues
• Contribute to software architecture discussions and technical improvements
• Ensure compliance with security, quality and performance standards
• Support testing, deployment and maintenance activities
