NextLink Group is seeking an experienced Analyst-Developer to join a hybrid team in Bruxelles, Belgium. The role blends domain-driven analysis with solid development skills to translate architecture into detailed artefacts, user stories, and technical specifications.

The candidate should apply DDD principles, work with legacy systems, and support a transition toward domain thinking while delivering end-to-end features with strong collaboration and coaching abilities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in analyst or development roles.
• SOA working knowledge and DDD awareness.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to translate architecture into analysis artifacts.
• Comfort with ambiguity and complexity.

Responsabilités

• Translate high-level architecture and domain models into detailed analysis documents, user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications.
• Apply DDD principles to break down features into bounded contexts, aggregates, entities, value objects and repositories.
• Support the team in adopting domain-driven thinking and domain analysis methodology.
• End-to-end delivery of features from requirements through production deployment, including integration testing and legacy system coordination.
