Satellit SRL is seeking a hands-on Senior .NET Architect to own the technical vision for a portfolio of Blazor frontends and microservice backends. You will define architecture blueprints, guide implementation strategies, mentor multiple squads, and provide leadership across engineering teams.

You will define the target architecture, coach Full Stack .NET engineers, harmonize approaches, and oversee microservice landscapes, including inter-service messaging and data persistence strategies.

Formación

• 4+ years’ experience as an architect focused on the .NET ecosystem.
• Strong background in designing microservices and enterprise architectures.
• Proven ability to coach Full Stack .NET engineers and lead technical workshops.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices.

Responsabilidades

• Define and maintain the target architecture for the application portfolio and drive its adoption across teams.
• Act as technical lead and hands-on support for Full Stack .NET engineers, offering coaching and coordinating work.
• Harmonize technical approaches across squads and promote best practices in design, code quality, and CI/CD.
• Architect and evaluate microservice landscapes, including messaging, background jobs, and data persistence strategies.
• Facilitate collaborative workshops, investigate high-priority issues, and scout relevant new technologies.
• Review architectural decisions with Tech Leads, Developers, and Product Owners, communicating trade-offs clearly to stakeholders.

Take ownership of the technical vision and system architecture for a collection of advanced .NET applications (including Blazor WebAssembly frontends and microservice backends) on behalf of Satellit. Produce architecture blueprints, guide implementation strategies, mentor development teams, and provide hands-on technical leadership across multiple squads.

• Harmonize technical approaches across squads and promote strong practices for system design, code quality, and CI/CD processes.
• Architect and evaluate solutions for microservice landscapes, covering inter-service messaging, background job processing, and data persistence strategies.
• Facilitate collaborative technical workshops, carry out investigations for high-priority or incident issues, and monitor emerging technologies relevant to the stack.
• Critically review and validate architectural decisions with Tech Leads, Developers, and Product Owners, and communicate technical trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders.
