Job summary

HumanInTech is seeking a capable .NET/Angular developer to join a Brussels-based team. You will build and maintain web applications, translate specifications into robust designs, and ensure alignment with architectural standards. The role requires 3–5 years of experience, Dutch at CEFR C2, and a hybrid work setup in Belgium.

The engagement can be freelance or employee-based with a possibility of continuation beyond the assignment.

Qualifications

• Must have 3–5 years of demonstrable .NET/C# experience.
• Proven Angular 20+ experience and strong WebAPI/.NET Core knowledge.
• Experience with EF Core and Oracle databases.
• Bachelor level education or higher in a relevant field; CEFR C2 Dutch.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications for various programmes and initiatives.

Job description

What you will do

You will join a development team working on web applications that support policy measures and processes in a user-friendly way. Your work will focus on developing and maintaining applications for various programmes and initiatives.

Your tasks include:

• Developing new and existing functionalities for web applications
• Translating functional specifications into technical designs
• Ensuring technical solutions fit within the established architecture, standards and frameworks
• Coding, testing and debugging, including independent maintenance work when needed
• Working openly and transparently with other developers and reporting to the project leader

What we are looking for

Must have:

• Excellent knowledge of .NET (C#) with 36 months of demonstrable experience
• Demonstrable knowledge of Angular 20 or higher
• Demonstrable knowledge of webAPI and .NET Core
• Demonstrable knowledge of EF Core
• Demonstrable experience with Oracle database
• Education with certification or equivalent through experience in programming languages and environments such as .NET (C#), ASP.NET
• Dutch language skills at European CEFR level C2

Should have:

• Demonstrable knowledge of CQRS
• Demonstrable experience with NGRX
• Demonstrable knowledge of GitHub Copilot
• Demonstrable experience with Scrum
• Demonstrable knowledge and experience with Agile development methodology
• Demonstrable experience with Elasticsearch
• Demonstrable experience with AGGrid

The setting

This assignment runs from 1 December 2026 to 30 June 2027. The role is full-time and hybrid working is possible. You will work in Dutch at CEFR level C2.
