Spektrum in Mons, Belgium is seeking an ICT Systems Engineer to support day-to-day configuration, administration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of ICT systems, networks, servers, and end-user devices.

The role combines Windows server/client administration with virtualization, network infrastructure, security patching, scripting, and general infrastructure operations for a NATO-related program.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of practical experience implementing and maintaining ICT end systems within a large organization.
• Experience configuring hardware and software.
• Practical end-user technical support experience.
• Experience with VMware vSphere or Microsoft Hyper-V.
• Experience administering distributed Windows environments.
• Experience managing network infrastructure.
• Practical experience troubleshooting and maintaining IT infrastructure.

Responsabilités

• Configure and manage ICT systems, network infrastructure, and end-user devices.
• Provide technical support to end-users.
• Deploy and monitor operating system and application security patches.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including Standard Operating Instructions.
• Manage the centralized antivirus solution.
• Monitor and maintain device security compliance.
• Troubleshoot ICT infrastructure and end-user issues.
• Perform regular infrastructure maintenance.
