CapsLock is searching for an experienced Performance Marketing Lead to spearhead our Native Advertising initiatives. This role involves leading a team of Media Buyers and driving our advertising strategy across platforms like Taboola and Microsoft Ads.

The ideal candidate has over 7 years of experience in performance marketing, is analytical, and has excellent communication skills. You'll play a key role in shaping our marketing practices and will have opportunities to advance to Head of Native Pod.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing or Media Buying.
• Experience with Native Advertising platforms.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.

• Own the overall performance and strategic direction of Native Advertising channels.
• Lead, mentor, and support a team of Media Buyers.
