Job summary

Capgemini Belgium is seeking a Quality Assurance Management Coordinator to serve as the central reference for Bid & Project Quality Assurance activities across Belgian sites, driving governance and cross-functional collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.

You will lead quality reviews, align stakeholders, monitor KPIs, and contribute to a culture of operational excellence in a highly regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Project Quality, or Quality Management within industrial and project-driven environments.
• Strong knowledge of quality standards and methodologies including ISO 9001, EN 9100, Lean, Six Sigma, and FMEA, plus understanding of project and bid processes.
• Fluency in English and French; Dutch a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Define, deploy, and improve the Bid & Project Quality Assurance framework across Belgian sites.
• Act as the interface between Quality, Projects, Engineering, Operations, Procurement, and Supply Chain.
• Drive KPI monitoring, risk identification, and cross-functional issue resolution.
• Represent Capgemini Belgium in quality networks and support audits and reviews.
• Escalate major risks and contribute to quality culture and risk management.
