IKEA Belgium is seeking a Content Specialist to coordinate and bring marketing communications to life across digital channels. You will act as the liaison between internal teams and our external advertising partner, driving content development and campaign execution.

Qualifications

• Experience briefing, coordinating and supervising marketing communications.
• Strong affinity with digital marketing and customer communication.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Dutch, French and English; review/edit content across channels.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with multiple stakeholders and external agencies.
• Strong project management skills; manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
• Experience with digital channels such as social media, websites and newsletters is a strong asset.

Responsabilités

• Act as the main contact between internal stakeholders and our external advertising agency.
• Brief, coordinate and supervise the development of content and campaigns across (mostly) digital channels.
• Brief, review and approve content, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and business objectives.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and agency partners to ensure smooth campaign execution.
• Monitor timelines, budgets, deliverables and campaign performance, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
