itsme® in Brussels is looking for a hands-on leader in mobile app development to guide a talented team in delivering a high-impact digital identity solution. You will split your time between development and managing a team of iOS and Android developers, ensuring best practices in code quality, performance, and security.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in iOS development, team leadership experience, and is proficient in English while being native in French or Dutch. The role offers a flexible, positive work environment with opportunities for remote work.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience developing native iOS applications.
• At least 2 years of experience as team lead or manager.
• Experience with CI/CD processes.
• Proficient in English and native in French or Dutch.

Responsabilités

• Lead hands-on development and team leadership.
• Design and maintain features for the itsme® iOS application.
• Collaborate with product owners and developers for mobile solutions.
• Ensure code quality, performance, and security.
• Support hiring and onboarding processes.
• Foster continuous improvement within the mobile team.
